One killed in Biratnagar with sharp weapon



BIRATNAGAR: A person has been killed in Biratnagar Metropolitan City Ward No. 8 with a sharp weapon.

Viko Sahani, 52, of Baluwai in Biratnagar was killed last night, police said.

According to the police, his son, who is absconding, may have been involved in the incident.

Man Bahadur Rai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Morang, said Sahani was attacked with a sharp weapon.

Critically injured Sahani was rushed to Koshi Hospital for treatment where he was pronounced dead.

He has a deep cut on his neck.
