Term of 20 NA members ending on March 5 next year



The term of one-third of the members, including the Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly, is coming to an end on March 5, 2022.

Vice-Chairperson Shashikala Dahal and Chairpersons of the thematic committee’s Tara Devi Bhatt, Ram Narayan Bidari and Parashuram Meghi Gurung are also among those who will complete their four-year term.

The term of eight members of CPN (UML), four members of CPN (Unified Socialist), four members of CPN (Maoist Center) and three members of Nepali Congress will also end on March 5.

The four-year term of Bidari is coming to an end on the same date.

Agam Prasad Bantawa Rai, Udaya Sharma Poudel, Kabita Bogati, Khim Kumar BK, Chakra Prasad Snehi, Jeevan Budha, Drugnarayan Pandey, Thagendra Prakash Puri, Tara Devi Bhatt, Dinanath Sharma, Nanakala Ojha, Radheshyam Adhikari, Ramlakhan Chamar, Shantikumari Adhikari and Sher Bahadur Kunwar are among those whose tenure as NA members will end.
