KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has summoned Minister of Education Krishna Gopal Shrestha along with Rupa Sunar and the landlord who reportedly refused to give room to Sunar.
The SC has summoned them on July 13 for discussion in response to the petition filed by Sunar.
A single bench of Justice Kumar Regmi has instructed to set the hearing on the petition on the basis of priority.
In the petition, she has demanded that Minister Shrestha be dismissed for his support in favor of Saraswati Pradhan, the landlord.
