8-year-old boy burnt to death in Siraha



JANAKPURDHAM: In a disturbing incident, an eight-year old boy was burned to death in a fire that broke out in Janakpurdham, Siraha.

Jabir Rain, 8, the son of Mohammad Rafiq Rain of Mirchaiya-7, Mauraha area died of fire last evening, according to DSP Uma Shankar Panjiyar.

“They had collected some straw to warm the family, and when the family was still at work, the child who failed to run away got trapped by fire and died,” DSP Panjiyar said.

According to the police, the house was completely destroyed by the fire.
