Vehicle Academy and Research Centre resumes practical test



KATHMANDU: The practical test for driving license has been resumed for Bagmati Province. The Vehicle Academy and Research Centre located at Balambu of Chandragiri Municipality-12 began the test.

The Academy is a modern facility built in 32 ropanis of land. It has got permission for the operation from the Transport Management Office, Thulo Bharyang. Academy Chairperson Rajesh Ghimire said the test was resumed by following the health protocol set by the Ministry of Health and Population in the wake of Covid-19.

It has all infrastructures available to conduct training and test for the license to all sorts of vehicles, he added.

The Academy shared that Covid-19 hit hard its business. It has demanded discount on land lease and other facilities.

The practical test has been resumed in view of the service seekers’ demand,” Ghimire viewed.
