IGP Gyawali urges police hospital staff to provide standard service

KATHMANDU: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Thakur Prasad Gyawali today instructed health workers at the Nepal Police Hospital, Maharajgunj to ensure swift and prompt service for the needy, and demonstrate professional discipline, duties and responsibilities.

On Wednesday, he visited the orthopedic, dental, gynecology, surgical, and maternity wards, physiotherapy, OPD, rehabilitation and radio diagnosis units and instructed medical professionals to prove themselves as a civilized workforce.

Likewise, IGP Gyawali argued that the hospital workforce needs to focus on delivering standard humanitarian services meeting the expectations of service seekers.
