31 Nepalis die of coronavirus in UK so far



LONDON: A total of 31 Nepalis have died from coronavirus in the UK so far.

It is the highest number of death of Nepalis due to coronavirus in foreign lands.

The total number of deaths was revealed as per the data maintained by the Nepali Embassy in London and Gurkha Welfare Trust.

According to Spokesperson at the Embassy, 31 Nepalis have died of coronavirus as of Saturday.

Among the Nepalis who died of the pandemic, 23 are former Gurkha soldiers. Age-wise, 29 are men and two women.
