GORKHA: Two cadres of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit have been arrested in the district.
SP Om Prasad Adhikari at District Police Office said that Bishnu Prasad Rijal of Gandaki Rural Municipality-7 and Rohit Prasad Panta of Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-4 have been nabbed.
Police have lodged a case against them for disturbing peace and order.
