NA lawmakers’ term to begin from March 4

KATHMANDU: The tenure of the newly elected lawmakers of the National Assembly will begin from March 4.

Their term will official begin once they are administered oath of office and secrecy by NA Chairman Ganesh Prasad Timilsina.

Out of 19 lawmakers – 18 were elected to the National Assembly in the elections held on last Thursday.

Remaining one lawmaker is yet to be nominated by the President on the recommendation of the government.
