Govt to allow entry of Nepalis stranded at the border entry points



KATHMANDU: The High Level Coronavirus Prevention and Control Coordination Committee led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense, Ishwor Pokhrel has decided to allow the Nepalis stranded at the border entry points to enter Nepal.

A meeting of the committee held today afternoon made the decided to this effect. However, the entry will be barred from tomorrow.

Likewise, the meeting has also urged organizations to not set up emergency funds in the name of tackling coronavirus in the country.

The Secretariat of Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel had earlier decided to conduct all activities to be carried out by Pokharel, the coordinator of the Committee from Putalibageicha, the courtyard of the Ministry of Defense.
