Home Minister stresses on export-based economy

CHITWAN: Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa today said that the export-oriented economy should be made stronger.

Speaking at a program in Ratanagar of Chitwan today, Home Minister Thapa stressed the need of improving the country’s economy by making a realistic analysis of industry, trade and economic policy.

He also urged the sectors concerned to increase exports by boosting the production, adding that the government has accorded high priority to strengthening the internal security system.

According to him, the Ministry of Home Affairs is working to boost the morale of the security personnel.

“Works on construction of new police stations is going on,” he said.
