Humanitarian support desk set up at Nepalgunj airport



NEPALGUNJ: A Humanitarian Support Desk at Nepalgunj airport has come into operation.

The Support Desk has been established targeting the districts of Banke and Bardiya for disaster management.

Secretary at the Home Ministry, Prem Kumar Rai, informed that the government has plans to establish 12 humanitarian support desks in all seven provinces and at remote airports.

The desk established at the Nepalgunj Airport is the third desk after Kathmandu and Dhangadhi airports.
