FECOFUN to provide its buildings for quarantine wards



KATHMANDU: Expressing its solidarity in the government’s attempts to mitigate corona hazards, the Federation of Community Forest Users Nepal (FECOFUN) has offered its building across the country as  quarantine wards.

According to FECOFUN, there are as many as 1398 buildings of FECOFUN and/or its users’ committee.

As many as 1,398 buildings of the users’ committees associated with FECOFUN can be used as quarantine wards, stated a press release issued by FECOFUN Chair Bharati Pathak.

FECOFUN has 124 buildings in Province-1, 55 in Province-2, 268 in Bagmati Province, 216 in Gandaki Province, 311 in Province-5, 84 in Karnali Province and 340 in Sudurpaschim Province.
