PM Oli turns 69, to celebrate birthday at birthplace in Tehrathum



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli has turned 69 years on Sunday.

Oli is scheduled to celebrate his birthday at his birthplace at Iwa of Aathrai Rural Municipality in Tehrathum district today.

All necessary preparations by NCP, people’s representatives and district security teams are made to welcome PM who will come by helicopter.

A birthday ceremony will be held at PM’S ancestral home located at Iwa of Aathrai Rural Municipality of the district. PM Oli was born on 23 February 1952.

Later in his adolescent days, his family migrated to Jhapa in 1967.  PM Oli repurchased his ancestral home along with 30 ropanis of surrounding land in October 2015 from the then owner of the property Khagendra Tamang.
