JANAKPUR: Shekhar Kumar Singh of Rastriya Janata Party- Nepal (RJP-N) has been elected National Assembly (NA) member under the minority category from Province 2.

He defeated Bhola Panjiyar of the Nepali Congress (NC).

Singh received 5.502 vote weightage as Panjiyar got 4,212 vote weightage.
