POKHARA: Police have arrested Gandaki State Assembly member Rajiv Gurung alias Deepak Manange over an indecent behavior case.

Police arrested him on Thursday after District Administration Office, Kaski issued an arrest warrant for him, according to DSP Raj Kumar KC at District Police Office, Kaski. He was arrested from Lakeside area.

Chairman of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Kaski Chapter Milan Gurung had lodged a complaint with police against Manange for thrashing him.

Manange had slapped Milan showing his disagreement with the management of the Chief Minister Cup Football Tournament.

According to him, Manange had demanded to provide perks to the players from his home district from the past one week, which he had refused.
