One drowns, two go missing in Jhapa



JHAPA:  A minor drowned and two others have gone missing in Jhapa district.

Ankush Tamang, 10, of Bhadrapur municipality-2 was found dead in the marshy land in the municipality on Wednesday night.

Similarly, 14-year-old Karan Thami and his younger brother Arjun Thami, 12, who had gone to play with Tamang, have gone missing.

Police said they searched until Wednesday midnight but they have not found them yet, said Police Post, Prithvinagar.

Meanwhile, 45-year-old Rakam Kerung of Chulachuli rural municipality-5 was found dead on the bank of Ratuwa River on Wednesday evening.
