Sanitation technician arrested with bribe



KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested a drinking water and sanitation technician with bribe.

CIAA said Chitra Bahadur KC deployed at Bheri Ganga Municipality in Surkhet was nabbed with Rs 200,000 kickback.

According to CIAA Spokesperson Pradeep Kumar Koirala, KC was arrested for demanding the kickback from a service seeker on Thursday.
