FNNTEA announces to operate public vehicles from Thursday

KATHMANDU: Public transport entrepreneurs have become ready to operate vehicles from Thursday.

Holding a press conference on Monday, the Federation of Nepalese National Transport Entrepreneurs Association (FNNTEA) said they will be operating all the public vehicles from the day after tomorrow.

In a move to further ease the nationwide lockdown enforced to control the spread of coronavirus, the government on July 9 had decided to allow operation of public transport within the same district with fifty percent sitting capacity.
