Three injured in cheetah attack in Pokhara

POKHARA: Three persons, including a district forest office officer, Ramkaji Shrestha have been injured in cheetah attack.

The cheetah attacked them in Pokhara Metropolitan City-13, Miapatan at 7 am on Wednesday.

District police office information officer, Inspector Narahari Adhikari, said that the injured are forest official Ramkaji Shrestha, police head constable Phatik Magar and Pokhara industrial area dweller Shyam Thapa.

Of the injured, Shrestha and Magar returned home after primary treatment while Thapa is undergoing treatment at Western Development Hospital Pokhara.

The cheetah has been taken under control now and kept at the district forest office.
