KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested Acting Chief of Water Resource and Irrigation Division Office Patan Suresh Raj Bhattarai.
Engineer Bhattarai was arrested with Rs 100,000 kickback on Thursday.
