KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a graft case against Chief Administrative Officer Yuvaraj Poudel at Chandragiri Municipality.
The anti-graft body filed the graft case against Poudel on Thursday at the Special Court demanding confiscation of Rs 100,000 taken as a bribe and an equal fine.
He was arrested for demanding the kickback from a service seeker.
