UK reports 33,998 deaths, 236, 711 infection cases



KATHMANDU: The death toll in the United Kingdom (UK) from Coronavirus pandemic has reached 33, 998 after 384 died in the last 24 hours.

According to Worldometer, with 3, 560 new cases, the number of infection cases has surged to 236, 711 as of Saturday morning.

UK has performed tests on 2,353,078 people so far.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 213 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 308,131 and infecting 4,621,082  people as of Saturday morning.
