Biplav group’s district in-charge arrested



DAMAULI: A district in-charge of Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav faction has been arrested in Damauli.

Originally from Rolpa and currently living in Bandipur rural municipality, Purnajeet Pun, was arrested from Jmaune, Myagde rural municipality-3 on Wednesday, said Superintendent of Police Binod Silwal of the District Police Office.

Police have also arrested Parbat Sedhai, a leader of the student union affiliated to the group.

The arrested are under investigation, according to the police.
