CHITWAN: Taking over a domestic dispute, a man in east Chitwan had murdered his wife.
Krishna Prasad Adhikari, 42, a resident of Simaltandi in ward no. 9 of Khairahani Municipality hacked his 34-year-old wife Manju to death with a sharp weapon.
The incident took place at around 9:45 last night and Krishna Prasad was arrested the same night, according to DSP Yek Narayan Koirala at the District Police Office, Chitwan. Manju was reportedly the second wife of Krishna Prasad.
Further investigation is underway.
