Inland revenue offices resume services

KATHMANDU: With some relaxations on the prohibitory order, inland revenue offices have resumed their services from today.

Urgent works related to land issue will be done today and tomorrow while the regular services will start from Sunday, said Shesh Narayan Poudel, Director General of the Department of Land Management and Archive.

In case of inland revenue offices outside the Kathmandu Valley, the concerned local administrations will decide on it. There are eight revenue offices in the Kathmandu Valley.

The services had remained closed citing the crowd of the service seekers since August 12.
