HETAUDA: Industrialist BK Bose has been arrested from Hetauda on charge of obtaining citizenship by submitting fake details.
He was arrested from Hetauda Sub-Metropolis-4 on Tuesday, said DSP Indra Bahadur Rana at Makwanpur Police Office.
According to him, Bose is an Indian citizen. The district court in Rautahat had issued an arrest warrant saying that he had submitted false details while obtaining Nepali citizenship.
A warrant was issued from Rautahat on September 26 to arrest him. We are in the process of arresting him and handing him over to the Rautahat police,” said DSP Rana.
Bose is the operator of Super Lemicots Pvt. Ltd. at Hetauda Industrial Area and Narayani Milk at Gardoi.
