Motorcycle-hit claims septuagenarian in New Baneshwor



KATHMANDU: An elderly has died after being hit by a motorcycle at New Baneshwor in Kathmandu.

The deceased has been identified as round 70-year-old pedestrian Loknath Dhital of Aloknagar.  Dhital was hit by a motorcycle, Ba 61 Pa 8410, while he was cross the road at 10 pm Sunday.

Critically injured Dhital breathed his last in the course of treatment at Civil Hospital.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking the motorcyclist under control.
