Mother, son killed in landslide in Baitadi



BAITADI: A woman and her son were killed when a landslide buried them at Dilasaini rural municipality-4 in Baitadi last night.

The deceased have been identified as Pashupati Bohara, 40, and her 12-year-old son Rikesh, Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Kisan Chand said.

However, Sujita Bohara, 16, and Sunita Bohara, 12, managed to save their lives. The incident occurred when a landslide buried the house damaging it completely.
