Employee of Alka Hospital found dead in forest



LALITPUR: A woman working at the Jawalakhel-based Alka Hospital in Lalitpur has been found dead.

The dead body of Geeta KC, 39, was found in the forest of Lele in Muldol of Godavari Municipality-10 on Friday evening, police said.

According to SSP Tek Prasad Rai at Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur, the case is being further probed.

The family had lodged a complaint with the police after Geeta, who had been living in Bhaisepati, went missing for the past four days.

Police have also arrested a youth who is a relative of the woman for further investigation.

The dead body has been sent to Patan Hospital for postmortem, police said.
