KATHMANDU: Over 6,292,000 people have recovered from coronavirus across the world in the last six months.

Until this report was prepared this morning, as many as 6,292,023 people have recovered from the coronavirus pandemic globally. It is more than 56 percent out of those infected with the coronavirus.

A total of 132,861people have recovered from the coronavirus in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 208,270 people have been infected in a single day across the world. With this the total number of inflection cases has reached 11,181,818 globally.

Similarly, 5,137 have died from the deadly virus in the last 24 hours across the world, taking the total death toll to 528,376.

European countries have reported 193,079 deaths from the coronavirus so far. A total of 1,411,304 out of 2,454,446 people infected with the deadly virus have returned home after recovery.

Similarly, 173,470 have died and 3,371,916 have been infected in North America. Meanwhile, 1,475,111 have recovered from the deadly virus.

In Asia, 59,903 have died and 2,473,449 have been infected while 1,653,303 have recovered from the deadly virus.

South America has reported 90,863 deaths and 2,420,467 infection cases while 1,500,641 have recovered.

Similarly, the coronavirus has killed 10,920 and infected 450,658 people in African countries. A total of 217,705 among those infected have recovered.

A total of 126 people have died from the deadly virus in Australia and Oceania. Out of 9,897 infected, 8,916 have recovered from the deadly virus.
