“Due to natural disaster, the risk and fear of landslide has heightened in the human settlements”, he said, adding, “We have urged the vulnerable families to shift to the safer places for short-term taking into consideration the need of precautionary measures”.

The landslides recurrently taking place at Huldi in Nisikhola for the past three years have also panicked the locals. With the torrential rainfalls, Dhorpatan municipality-8, Bobang Paiyabot has also seen sporadic incidents of landslide lately.
