Power outage at these Kathmandu places on Tuesday



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has announced that there will be a power outage at various places in Kathmandu on Tuesday.

According to NEA Information Officer Leela Aryal, the power supply will be interrupted from 7 am to 10 am on Tuesday as the Kathmandu Grid Division will have to replace the 11 KV switchgear connected to the Syuchatar substation and install new switchgear panels.

According to NEA, power will be cut in Swoyambhu, Balambu, Kalanki, Thankot, Kalimati, and Tahachal under Kuleshwor Distribution Center.
