Co-driver dies of electric shock



BANKE: A mas has been electrocuted to death in Nepalgunj.

The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Raj Thapa Magar, a co-driver of petrol tanker, Na 4 Kha 2651, belonging to Nepal Oil Corporation depot, Nepalgunj.

Thapa Magar, who originally hails from Jitpur Simara municipality, Bara, died of electric shock while he was sitting in the tanker parked on the premises of the NOC depot, informed DSP Subhash Khadka of District Police Office, Banke.

According to Khadka, the tanker in which Thama Magar was sitting, was electrified as soon as it happened to touch a bare transmission line.
