‘Border issues have not affected Nepal-India ties’

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has claimed that the age-old bilateral ties between Nepal and India has not deteriorated due to the border dispute.

The clarification of the foreign ministry has come at a time when there have been an analysis that the relationship between the two countries has degraded due to Kalapani, Limpiyadhura and Susta issues.

At a press meet organized to unveil its annual report public on Monday, the foreign ministry said the bilateral ties has not been affected due to border issues rather it is being fostered further as both the countries have joined hands to develop infrastructures in the countries.
