KATHMANDU: Woman leader of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit, Dhirendra Upadhyaya alias Bhrikuti, has been arrested from Budhanilkantha on Tuesday.
She is holding the responsibility of Kathmandu District Secretary of the outfit. Upadhyaya is also the central General Secretary of a woman wing of the outfit.
The arrest comes on the eve of the 15-district closure announced by the outfit against the arrest of the leaders and cadres of the outfit.
