CHITWAN: A fisherman has died after being attacked by a rhino in Bharatpur Metropolis-28. The deceased has been identified as Khadendra Kumar Mahato, 46, of the same locality, said District Police Office, Chitwan.
According to police, the wild beast attacked him while he was returning home from a rivulet at 9 pm yesterday.
Critically injured Mahato succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at Chitwan Medical College at 3:30 am today.
