JANAKPUR: State-2 Minster for Land Management and Agriculture Cooperative Shailendra Prasad Sah HAS said THE State 2 will be developed as an agricultural state.
He maintained that agriculture the state government has emphasized agriculture in its policy and programs to make the province an agrarian state.
According to him, the state government has plans to install dip boring and distribute shallow tube well to peasants to increase their access to irrigation.
