One killed, six injured in Salyan jeep accident



SALYAN: One person was killed while six others injured in a jeep accident at Kimuchaur of Kapurkot Rural Municipality-4 in the district on Friday night.

The accident took place when the jeep, Lu 1 Cha 4253, met with an accident at the place.  The deceased has been identified as Karmi Pun, 67, of the same rural municipality.

According to police, critically injured Pun died in course of treatment at Tulsipur Zonal Hospital.

Similarly, other inured are Mohini Pun, 68, Lok Bahadur Gharti, 53, Tikaram Gharti, 53, Tilak Pun, 43, Krishna Gharti, 24, and Tilak Pun, 37, of   Kapurkot in the district, Police added.
