BIRENDRANAGAR: A youth has been arrested with 110 kg brown sugar form Surkhet on Monday.
The arrested is Rakesh Thapa, 22, of Birendranagar Municipality-11, Pipara.
Likewise, police also arrested Arjun BK of Birendranagar-11 with 940 kilograms.
