Lumbini Province govt to present policies and programmes today



LUMBINI: The Lumbini Province government is set to present its policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year 2083–84 BS (2026–27) today.

Province Chief Krishna Bahadur Gharti Magar is scheduled to present the annual policies and programmes before the sixth meeting of the eighth session of the Province Assembly, which will begin at 1:00 pm today, according to the Province Assembly Secretariat.

The provincial government is expected to outline new policies and programmes focusing on development, good governance, production, employment generation, agriculture, tourism, and infrastructure development, among other priority areas.
