4,000 kiloliters fuel thru Raxual-Amlekhgunj pipeline daily

KATHMANDU: Four thousand kiloliters of fuel is to be supplied on a daily basis trough Raxaul-Amlekhgunj pipeline.

The supplied fuel will be stored in the fuel storage of Amlekhgunj in Bara. According to Pradip Yadav, chief of oil depot, 200 kiloliters of fuel will be supplied per hour and that the pipeline will be in operation for 20 hours daily.

Built jointly by Nepal and India, the pipeline will be inaugurated formally by the second week of August.
