Motorcyclist killed in Kathmandu road accident

KATHMANDU: A motorcyclist was killed after a bus hit his vehicle at Gurjudhara of Chandragiri municipality-12 this morning.

Metropolitan Police Circle Thankot confirmed the death of Arjun Bahadur KC, 40, in the accident. He died on the spot.

However, his son Amin, 14, who was pillion riding on the motorcycle, State 3-02-oo9 Pa 7629, survived the accident, police said.

The number plate of the bus involved in the accident is not known yet and police are searching for it.

The motorcycle was coming to Kalanki when it was hit by the bus coming from the same direction.
