NA endorses proposal on Bill on Evidence



KATHMANDU: The National Assembly today unanimously endorsed a proposal seeking consideration on the ‘Bill on Evidence (Second Amendment), 2075’.

The proposal was presented by Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Bhanubhakta Dhakal in today’s session.

Lawmakers of the National Assembly suggested that the government brought a new bill rather than making 32 various amendments to it.

Likewise, Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Padma Kumari Aryal, tabled the ‘Guthi Bill, 2075’ in today’s session. The next session of the National Assembly will be at 1 pm on May 22.
