Committee presents report in NA session

KATHMANDU: The National Concerned and Coordination Committee today presented its report at the National Assembly session, the Upper House of the Federal Parliament.

The report contains feedback of the people collected during an interaction on coordination for the development of state’s three-tier structures conducted in all seven provinces.

The report presented by Committee President Dil Kumari Rawal suggests the government about the jurisdictions of the three-level government, and their duties, responsibilities, and limitations.

The report also incorporates law, employee management, and mobilization of grants and internal resources issues.

It also points out the need for sustained cooperation and coordination among the three-tier government for framing law and policy, selection of projects, identification of resources, and its mobilization.

Meanwhile, the NA today unanimously approved the Federation, Province, and Local Levels interrelation management Bill-2075 presented by Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, Minister for Justice, Law and Parliamentarian Affairs on behalf of Prime Minister KP Oli.

The next meeting of the NA will meet at 1:00 pm on Monday.
