Baidhya suggests govt to resolve border issues through diplomatic channel



JANAKPURDHAM: Nepal Communist Party (Revolutionary Maoist)’s Secretary-General Mohan Baidya has stressed the need for resolving the border issues between Nepal and India through political and diplomatic channels.

Addressing a press conference in Janakpurdham on Monday, Baidya suggested the incumbent government to become serious about the encroachment issues and seek its resolution at the earliest.

He said that even though his party was not invited in the all-party meeting called by the government to discuss the issue, Baidya clarified that his party was batting for seeking resolution to the issue through diplomatic channels.
