KATHMANDU: The number of land plotters has grown significantly due to ban on the land plotting in Bhaktapur. The plotters have been plotting the land through back door after the government put a ban on the land plotting.

The shape of the smart city planning has been hit after the land plotters took to back door to plot lands, said an official the land revenue office, Chyamasing.
