Driver killed in accident



BEJHAD: A jeep driver died in an accident at Tahun Deurali in Rambha rural municipality.

Lal Bahadur Sinjali, 30 breathed his last night while undergoing treatment at Lumbini Medical College, police said.

Driver’s elder brother Dev Bahadur Sinjali was injured in the accident. He is being treated at the same hospital.

The accident occurred when the brakes of the jeep — Lu 1 Ja 1786 — failed on an upward steep road and veered off some 200 meters down the road.
