Flights affected due to ‘low visibility’ in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: International and domestic flights have been affected due to incessant rain in Kathmandu today.

General Manager at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Raj Kumar Chettri said both domestic and international flights could not land due to low visibility.

However, planes are still taking off from the TIA, he said.

Several domestic flights have been put on hold at their respective airports, according to Chettri.

Most of the domestic flights have been canceled on Tuesday.
