Eating while standing increases stress, finds new study

LONDON: If a new research is something to go by, spending more time standing up and eating for even a few minutes prompts physical stress.

Such activity also mutes tastes buds, the researchers have said in a study published in the Journal of Consumer Research.

The study finds that food tastes better when you are sitting down.
